How do I upload media?
Open your Story’s Media tab and select files. Keep the page open until uploads finish.
Why did my movie export fail?
Check video durations and supported timeline scenes. Include the Story and job ID in a ticket.
How do I reset my password?
Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the email link. Check your spam folder.
How do I contact support?
Sign in, create a ticket and select the related Story. Describe what happened and any error. Read replies in My tickets; email notifications may take up to 15 minutes. Never include passwords, invitation PINs or secret links.
